When you subscribe to the Revenue & Beyond newsletter, we collect:

This data is processed via Beehiiv, our email newsletter platform. Beehiiv stores and processes your data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
Consultation booking
When you book a consultation via our Calendly booking page, we collect:
• Your name
• Your email address
• Any information you provide in advance of the call
This data is processed by Calendly. Calendly stores and processes your data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics collects data including:
• Pages visited and time spent on each page
• Approximate geographic location (country/city level)
• Device type and browser
• How you arrived at the website (e.g. search engine, direct, referral)

CRM and business operations
Where you contact us directly or engage with us commercially, we may store your contact and business information in HubSpot, our CRM platform. This enables us to manage our business relationships and follow up appropriately.

Under UK GDPR, we are required to have a lawful basis for processing personal data. Our bases are as follows:
• Newsletter: Consent. You opt in when you subscribe. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Consultation booking: Legitimate interests. Processing is necessary to facilitate the booked call and any follow-up.
• Analytics: Legitimate interests. We use anonymised, aggregated data to understand and improve our website. No individual is identified.
• CRM / commercial contact: Legitimate interests. We process business contact information to manage our client and prospect relationships in the context of B2B commercial activity.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect to:

7. How Long We Keep Your Data
• Newsletter subscribers: Until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
• Consultation data: Up to 2 years following the consultation or last meaningful contact.
• CRM records: Up to 3 years following the end of a commercial relationship or last meaningful contact, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
• Analytics data: Retained by Google Analytics in accordance with our configured retention period (currently 14 months).
8. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights:
• Right of access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification: You can ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure: You can ask us to delete your data, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain it.
• Right to restrict processing: You can ask us to limit how we use your data.
• Right to data portability: You can request your data in a portable format where applicable.
• Right to object: You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will honour this unless we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue.
• Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent (e.g. newsletter), you can withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
