WHAT IT IS

When there's a specific challenge worth getting a room together for, I bring a small group of founder CEOs and their senior revenue leaders onto a call to talk honestly about what's actually happening in their business.
Not the polished version. Not the LinkedIn version.
The version where the pipeline is slower than you'd like, the hire didn't work out the way you hoped, and you're not sure what to fix first.
I facilitate. The group does the work. You leave with a clearer head and at least one thing you're going to do differently.
WHO IT'S FOR
You're probably between 5 and 50 people. Revenue somewhere between £1m and £10m. The founder is still the one driving most of it — or trying to change that.

Sessions aren't on a fixed schedule. They happen when there's a specific challenge or inflection point that warrants getting the right people in a room. When that moment arrives, the topic shapes the conversation.
Each session has a theme. I open with a sharp question designed to get everyone talking. You get two to three minutes. Then the group takes over.
I keep it moving. I pull in quieter voices. I make sure nobody turns it into a pitch.
By the end of 60 minutes you'll have heard how other founders and revenue leaders are dealing with the same problems you're sitting with. And you'll have at least one concrete thing to take back to your business.
