When does a performance component make sense?
When there's a specific trigger: a funded growth push, a new product launch, a pricing change, or a post-raise scale-up already in motion. The base level and what counts as a result are set per engagement against your specific targets.
Do you work performance-only?
No. There is always a base fee. If performance-only is what you need, I'll refer you to partners who work that way.
